Our Team

TIMMY CLARK

As a co-founder of the company, Timmy Clark believes every project is a reflection of who he is. He takes pride in putting his name behind work that is built to last and craftsmanship that he can stand behind with confidence.

Born in Wyoming, Timmy has lived all over the country—from North Carolina and Alabama to Idaho, and now Montana. While every place has shaped him, the West has always been home, and the mountains remain his happy place and safe haven. Whether he is chasing elk during hunting season, casting a line in a mountain stream, or spending time outdoors with friends and family, those moments reflect the values he tries to live by every day: hard work, honesty, respect, and an appreciation for the people around him.

Jadon nichols

As a proud co-founder of Forged Foundation Exteriors, he built the company alongside Tanner, Timmy, and Casey through a shared vision of putting people first, prioritizing honesty, quality craftsmanship, and doing the right thing.

Core to his professional reputation is accountability and follow-through. He believes every customer deserves straightforward communication, realistic expectations, and consistent updates, committing to always keep clients informed and stand behind his work.

Outside of work, he finds his greatest happiness in the outdoors—hunting, fishing, hiking, and exploring the mountains on a side-by-side across Montana and Idaho—which have instilled in him patience and respect. His ultimate motivation is his family, driven by his wife and two children to build a lasting legacy known for integrity & keeping one's word.

Ultimately, he is driven by a passion for helping people protect what matters most, guiding homeowners through the roofing process with a deep understanding of what a home means to a family.

Born and raised in Rigby, Idaho, Tanner loves meeting new people and finds joy in helping others however she can. She believes that building genuine relationships and treating others with kindness creates the best experience for both in and out of the workplace. 

When she's not at work, you'll usually find her out on a trail, casting a fishing line, going for a run, or browsing the local thrift and antique shops in search of unique treasures. She's also a proud dog mom to her chihuahua, Emma, who is always keeping life entertaining.

Casey thompson

Born and raised in Idaho Falls, Idaho, and rooted in Rigby for most of his life, Casey has always felt most at home outdoors. Farming, ranching, and hunting are more than hobbies — they’re a way of life, and he’s an avid bow hunter who looks forward to the challenge of the hunt each season.

Casey is married to the love of his life, Tori, and together they’re raising two children, Tansy and Ridge. Beyond his work and time outdoors, he takes genuine pride in helping others, always looking for the opportunity to lend a hand and put a smile on someone’s face.
